Terms and conditions for booking with us

Sessions are typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance, so booking early is highly recommended.
For newborn sessions, it is best to contact me before the baby is born in order to find a convenient time for both
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to guarantee your session date and price. The remaining balance is due one week before the session.
Additional photographic services or products shall be paid for in full at time of ordering.
Unedited RAW images are not included and are not available for purchase.
All sessions include high resolution images via digital download and some sessions we offer them on USB and high-quality prints and albums at additional prices.
Process of choosing photos is as follows: a few days after the session we send you good photos and share the proofing gallery via Dropbox. Then clients choose their favourites from their session which are finely edited and processed as per agreed upon package.
The turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
A travel fee and home service fee will apply for all newborn and family sessions that take place outside my studio. Cake smashes are only at studio.
All prices are subject to change at any time.
Due to the custom nature of our photographs and services, all sales are final, prices and terms are non-negotiable.
Photographs are property of Loomi LLC and may be used in portfolios and/or as part of promotional products. If you do not wish to have your photos included in the photographer’s portfolio, please mention this at the time of your booking.
Digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright and Authorship Protection Law No. 7 for the year 2002.

Cancellation Policy
We have a non-cancellation policy but, in the event, you do need to postpone your photo shoot, we require a at least 48 hours’ notice and you can reschedule up to 2 times.
Loomi Photography will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to postpone any portrait shoot if rescheduled within the notice period.
Because of bespoke and customized nature of our photographic products (prints, photo books, albums, frames etc), after the photographic product order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return and Refunds Policy
We have a non-refund policy and any deposit paid and, must be used within 12 months of payment date nor will any refunds be done by Loomi Photography.
Once the photographic products have been checked, collected from studio or courier service, no returns will be accepted, nor will any refunds be done by Loomi Photography.
In case of delivery of photographic products to the client by post, any complaints regarding an issue with photographic products such as manufacturer’s fault/defect, shall be sent to Loomi Photography in writing within 14 days of receipt of the products, along with the faulty photographic products. Loomi Photography will rectify the problem and endeavor to supply the photographic product to the client as soon as possible. After the 14-day period no returns on photographic products will be accepted and no refunds will be made by Loomi Photography.

Delivery Policy
Gift vouchers, prints, frames, albums and USBs will be sent using standard local courier service at an agreed price. Or can be dually collected from the studio with an appointment.

Online payments
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

All photographs on www.loomiphotography.com web site are the property of Loomi Photography. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright of the photographs is owned absolutely by Loomi Photography within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
Low resolution photographs on the web site and the blog are for demonstration of the photographer’s work only. We respectfully remind you that it is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any photograph without the express permission of Loomi Photography. Likewise, the photographs may not be in any way modified and no derivative work may be made from the images without the permission of Loomi Photography.
All the information is correct at the time of being published on the web site. Loomi Photography retains the right to change any information on the web site without notice.
